I loved it, even though it did scare me
A Skinful of Shadows is about a girl called Makepeace who is haunted by dreams of ghosts, although none of them are ever real. But her mother sends her to a graveyard where she really suffers. One day she sees a mysterious man with white hair. It's a very scary book. In fact, it's making me shiver just writing this. The book goes into breathtaking detail in the scary bits. In this book, when you die, you don't actually die, you become a spirit looking for someone. Someone with space inside them. This book may be creepy, but it's a brilliant book. I loved it, even though it did scare me. I would recommend it for confident, older readers and people who like to be scared!
