Percy and Dixie make me laugh!

It's a good book. I liked the bit where they start the race. Percy and Dixie make me laugh. I like spotting all the different animals. I like Percy best, he is the little white dog that is so funny.

This book, and the others in the series, follow the humorous adventures of a dog, Dixie and his best friend Percy. There is something wholesome and delightful about these stories. Dixie is a very solid, considerate, enthusiastic chap. Percy, his sidekick, often wears the most hilarious expressions as he is not always so enthusiastic about their adventures. The pair get themselves into all sorts of scrapes and near misses but there is always the feeling that things will be ok in the end. The illustrations are immediately appealing to kids and there are extra activities, quizzes and maps at the end.
