I like the book but there is a couple of hard words but it is a good book. Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts till a letter dropping down on the door mat at one four privet drive.

It was a gripping tale and once you start you really can't stop it's almost impossible to think that the other 6 Harry Potter books are even you should definitely read it. If you think it's not living up to your expectations try the other Harry Potter books they just get unbelievably good the higher up you go in the series. I totally recommend it.

An exciting and mysterious adventure

This book was an exciting and mysterious adventure with magical characters and animals.
My favourite bit was when all the letters from Hogwarts flew into the house and Uncle Vernon was desperate to stop them getting in. I also loved reading about Quidditch.
My favourite character was Hermionne Granger because she is a kind and clever but unfortunately during the book she gets teased and is called a mud blood because her mum and dad are muggles (not wizards!)
