It’s 1953. Elsie lives with her Nan. Spirited and imaginative, but often lonely, Elsie longs for a best friend. Queenie is such a good book! I haven't finished it yet but I definitely know it will be good. I love how there is so many thing happening in one chapter. I definitely recommend the book to people that love twists!
